Real-Time Sensor Data

Anomaly Detection

Relynk's ML engine builds per-tag operational baselines using 30�"90 days of historical data, then monitors live streams for deviations. Seasonal patterns, shift changes, and planned downtime windows are accounted for. Anomalies are grouped by asset and ranked by severity so operators act on what matters first.

SCADA & OPC-UA Integration

Native connectors for Ignition SCADA, Siemens WinCC, AVEVA System Platform, and OSIsoft PI Historian. Relynk reads from your existing SCADA without writing back to it �" zero risk to operational continuity. OPC-UA sessions use certificate-based authentication and TLS encryption end-to-end.

Predictive Maintenance

Beyond anomaly detection, Relynk models asset degradation curves using vibration, temperature, current draw, and flow data. Remaining useful life (RUL) estimates surface in operator dashboards. When thresholds are crossed, planned maintenance work orders are created automatically �" before failure, not after.

Alert Routing

Configurable alert trees route notifications based on asset type, shift schedule, severity tier, and escalation rules. Send to Slack channels, Microsoft Teams, email, SMS, or mobile push. Alerts deduplicate and group related anomalies so on-call operators don't face alert storms during fault cascades.

Operations Dashboards

Live and historical views for every asset, production line, and site �" in a browser or the Relynk mobile app. Custom KPI tiles, trend overlays, and anomaly heat maps give operations managers a real-time picture of facility health without opening your SCADA HMI. Inductive Automation Ignition native connector uses Ignition's built-in OPC-UA server. Relynk reads tag history, real-time values, and alarm records without requiring any Ignition module modifications.

OSIsoft PI

AVEVA (formerly OSIsoft) PI Historian integration via PI Web API and AF SDK. Relynk imports PI tag configurations and historical data for baseline building, and subscribes to live PI data feeds for real-time anomaly detection.
