For single-site operations connecting a first production line to historian-based anomaly detection. Covers paper mills, process plants, and food & beverage continuous lines with a single historian instance.
Professional
For multi-line or multi-shift operations connecting multiple SCADA historians and routing work orders to SAP PM, Maximo, or Fiix.
Enterprise
For multi-plant deployments requiring on-prem ARM/x86 edge installation, data sovereignty (no sensor data leaving the facility), or custom SCADA and CMMS connector work.

Professional plan includes a 30-day pilot. You connect your data sources, we build baselines, you evaluate real anomaly detection on your own facility. No credit card required.
No. Starter and Professional are flat monthly fees up to the sensor limit. Customers near the limit typically contact us for a Professional or Enterprise upgrade before they hit it.
Starter plan: self-guided with documentation and email support. Professional plan: dedicated onboarding session with a customer success engineer who has prior operations experience. Enterprise: full deployment support.
On-premise and private cloud deployments are available on the Enterprise plan. We package Relynk as Docker containers for deployment on your infrastructure. OT-DMZ installation guides are included.
Most Starter and Professional customers connect their first sensor group in under 4 hours. Full deployment across all production lines takes 1-5 days depending on SCADA complexity and IT/OT coordination needed.
Describe your facility and we'll tell you which plan makes sense. Most single-site manufacturers start on Professional.
